Over 100 covers, over 1000 editorials, ads, and web pages, two best-selling coffee table books, several NYC (and elsewhere) art gallery shows, and a bunch of videos. 

Bodies have always been Mitchel’s primary focus, whether 'In Action', 'At Rest', or 'Intertwined'. And sports bodies have always been one of his favorite subjects. The “Bodies in Action” series takes pro athletes, film and TV stunt people, and spectacular dancers from great companies and pits them against themselves in a style totally his own. A “Bodies in Action” book is on the way.

Other sports images concentrate on the intense competition and the opportunity to capture unique and beautiful moments that one cannot anticipate.
